Whether bolted, filled, orwelded, eye-catching wide body kits adorn numerous exhibits, such asthe Lamborghini Huracán, Porsche Cayman, and Toyota GT86. Classic cars are also well represented at tuningXperience. Models such as the BMW E30 M3, Mercedes-Benz 190E EVO II, Opel Calibra, and VW Käfer have been refined with great attention to detail—often with modern components and performance upgrades. Another trending topic: JDM vehicles. Mazda RX-7, Nissan GT-R, and Toyota Celica—Japanese models are becoming increasingly popular. Paired with an individual tuning philosophy, the result is cars that not only impress technically, but also inspire emotionally.
“Never before has tuningXperience been so international, diverse, and detail-oriented. The quality and creativity of the vehicles on display are outstanding—each one tells its own story. Anyone who wants to
experience real tuning live should not miss this exhibition,” enthuses Sven Schulz, organizer of tuningXperience.
From classics to e-mobility: diversity without limits tuningXperience 2025 brings generations together: a 1976 Fiat 500f shows that small vehicles can be big, while modern electric models such as the Audi e-tron GT and Porsche Taycan prove that sustainable mobility also has a place in the tuning circus. Tuned motorcycles and custom bikes round out the spectrum. In addition, the interplay of high-quality
suspension solutions, exclusive rims, and perfect wheel/bodywork finishes—also known as “stance”—adds the finishing touches to many vehicles. Here, it becomes clear what matters in modern conversions: individuality, perfection, and character.
The Essen Motor Show 2025 will take place from November 29 to December 7 (Preview Day: November 28) at Messe Essen. For many visitors, the tuningXperience in Hall 5 is the heart of the show—and an
absolute must for fans of genuine automotive passion.
